What began as an unpleasant but isolated incident turned into a wonderful customer service experience. Misunderstanding or miscommunication led to my hair being cut in a way that I had in no way envisioned. Understanding my frustration, the manager Kim quickly approached to address the issue. Fortunately, Sierra was also working at the time of my visit and offered to correct the haircut to something closer to my original intent. Kim was extremely apologetic for the experience at the beginning of my visit. She offered solutions while Sierra ensured she could understand the way I prefer my hairstyle. Ultimately I walked away with a killer mullet that my girlfriend absolutely adores. I really appreciate Kim and Sierra for the effort they took to make sure I left the salon with a pleasant experience. From starting out as a “never return” situation to walking out a happy customer, Kim and Sierra turned a bad day into a great one. I’ll be back to see you again. Thanks ladies.
